Current planned economics

Revenue Share is currently planned at 15% Certified, 20% Gold and 25% Platinum of qualifying Net ReturnOS Revenue, subject to the final signed U.S. commercial schedule.

State-specific fee

The State Partner Platform & Enablement Fee is published before agreement. No fee is due when the application is submitted.

Conditional territory protection

State protection depends on certification and performance and is not permanent ownership or perpetual exclusivity.

Independent business

Hosts contract directly with ReturnOS, Inc. The State Partner cannot bind ReturnOS or alter ReturnOS Host pricing or terms.
